How to specify custom panels to suit sloping ground?
When you have sloping ground you may wish to have panels custom made to follow the fall of the land, rather than stepping “square” panels down.
To calculate the angle for raked panels see illustration.
- Use star pickets to mark start and end point for fence
- Run a level string, from ground level of the highest picket and tie to end picket.
- Measure the distance between pickets (A), and the fall from string level to ground (B)
